Board a traditional yakatabune
at Azumabashi in Asakusa
A yakatabune is a roofed traditional Japanese pleasure boat where you can dine while enjoying the riverside scenery, popular with both locals and travelers. Board at Azumabashi Pier in central Asakusa and head along the Sumida River toward Tokyo Bay.
As the boat passes through the city, a full-course Japanese dinner of about 14 dishes is served, along with unlimited beer, sake, whisky, wine, plum wine, tea and soft drinks.
Enjoy the Rainbow Bridge night view in Tokyo Bay
In Tokyo Bay, the Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba and the illuminated city spread out before you. When the boat stops for a while, you can go up to the roof to take in the open views and take photos.
Stop once more in front of Tokyo Skytree
While enjoying the rest of the meal, the boat heads toward Tokyo Skytree and stops again so you can admire the view and take photos with Skytree in the background. The boat then returns to Azumabashi, where the cruise ends.
