Watch the sunrise by 4WD jeep
at the Batur Caldera, Bali

After an early hotel pickup, transfer to a 4WD jeep in Kintamani. It takes only 20 minutes by jeep to reach the caldera rim, with an experienced driver and professional guide keeping you safe on and off road. The tour takes about 9 to 10 hours.

A 360-degree sunrise panorama

At the caldera rim, a 360-degree panorama unfolds as the sun rises over the mountains. Look east to the ocean, Mount Agung and distant Mount Rinjani, and west to Lake Batur and Mount Batur.

Through forests and farming villages

Ride over rugged terrain through small forests and see the daily life of locals working as traditional farmers. After the sunrise, enjoy breakfast at a scenic spot overlooking the caldera.

Pickup times: Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Jimbaran 02:30; Kuta, Sanur, Canggu 03:00; Ubud, Candidasa 03:15; Kintamani, Songan, Toya Bungkah 04:30. It is cold at dawn, so bring a warm jacket and sports shoes.
