The driver comes to pick you up from your accommodation in Delhi. You travel about 30 minutes in an air-conditioned vehicle to Chandni Chowk, where the tour starts with your English-speaking guide.

Ride a rickshaw through the busy streets

In Chandni Chowk, you ride an electric rickshaw through the bustling streets for about 30 minutes. Moving between food spots on foot or by rickshaw, you get to see local daily life and Delhi's landmarks.

Taste Old Delhi's specialties at street stalls

For about 2 hours, you walk through the market lanes, taking photos, shopping and exploring local markets. Your guide tells you about the history of Old Delhi as a walled city and the customs behind its food, and you also visit the spice market.

With the street food tasting option, you try savory dishes such as aloo chaat, dahi bhalla, chole bhature and paratha, as well as sweets like jalebi, lassi and rice pudding at several stalls. Most dishes are vegetarian, but you can also try Indian fried chicken, fish or mutton if you wish.

Return to your accommodation after the tour

After the Old Delhi tour, you travel about 30 minutes by vehicle back to where you were picked up.
