Takoyaki with chewy octopus, dough, and Sasuobushi sauce is a must-try when traveling in Japan. Takonotetsu, which I am introducing today, is a unique store where you can make your own Takoyaki.

You can not only experience making Takoyaki, but also enjoy Okonomiyaki, Pork Yakisoba, and dessert, so you can have a hearty meal. 

Introducing how to make it

Place the dough on the iron plate with round grooves and gently place the octopus legs on top. Put the dough on top of it again and close the iron plate. When it's cooked properly, open the plate, transfer it to a bowl, sprinkle with katsuobushi and teriyaki sauce to your liking, and enjoy.

Don't worry if you can't cook or how long you should cook it. Friendly local staff will help you. If you don't like octopus legs, you can add cheese or various seafood, and you can add as much ginger and sauce as you like.
