In particular, the special sea bream fish dish that you can get if you choose the classic course or deluxe course is a dish that you should never miss at Unkaku. This fish dish is called Nozaki Yaki, the main dish of Unkaku, and is a fish dish grilled over low heat for about 7 hours. It is said that fish that is coated in oil and grilled for a long time is so soft that you can eat it from head to tail.
