• Actual flight time is approximately 7-8 minutes.
• Parasailing is available to ages 4 and older and heights of 120cm and older.
• You must arrive 20 minutes before your reservation time .
• Free parking is available in Motobu, and Naha paid parking is available for up to 500 yen per day.
• There are no restrooms or changing rooms at Motobu Port.
• Infants can participate at the captain’s discretion. In case of strong winds, children may not be permitted to participate.
• Wearing a swimsuit is not required, but you may get wet. Please bring a change of clothes and a towel.
• Women, please wear shoes without heels if possible.
• The tour may be paused or canceled due to bad weather. In this case, the refund will be refunded via bank transfer, and please understand that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
• An additional 3,000 yen will be charged for a companion or guardian to board the tour. Because participants are given priority to board, there may be times when space is limited.
• Please keep the luggage you bring on board to a minimum.
• Pregnant women or those with serious illnesses cannot participate. Please note that if you are identified on the day of the tour, participation and tour costs will not be refunded.
• If you cancel your reservation due to your own circumstances, a fee will be charged. Please understand that the transfer fee for refunds is also the customer's responsibility.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.  
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

If the reservation is canceled due to customer circumstances: cancellation fee below will be deducted.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
