Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 20% if canceled 8 to 10 days prior to the tour date.
- 30% if canceled 2 to 7 days prior to the tour date.
- 50% if canceled 1 day prior to the tour date.
- 100% cancellation fee applies on the day of the tour.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellation requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellations and refund requests must be made within business hours and require cancellation confirmation.
