This tour takes you snorkeling or diving in the Blue Cave at Cape Maeda in Onna Village, Okinawa. Walk down the steps straight into the sea and discover the mysterious emerald glow inside the cave and the colorful tropical fish around you. Groups are limited to 8 people and a professional instructor guides you through every step, so even first-time snorkelers can join comfortably. The photos and videos your instructor takes with a GoPro are sent to your smartphone right after the tour.

Program

Walk down the steps at Cape Maeda
into the Blue Cave

The tour lasts about 2 hours. You walk down the steps at Cape Maeda and step right into the sea, so entering the water is easy and comfortable. Once in the water, you will see the mysterious emerald light that fills the cave.

Swim among colorful tropical fish

Depending on the option you booked, explore the underwater world by snorkeling or diving among tropical fish. A professional instructor gives clear guidance at every step and looks after your safety, so even first-time snorkelers can relax and enjoy. Groups are limited to 8 people.

All the equipment you need is provided

Wetsuits, fins, masks and all other equipment are provided, and prescription masks are available at no extra cost. Insurance is also included. Please share your height, weight and shoe size after booking so the equipment can be prepared.

Receive GoPro photos and videos

Your instructor takes photos and videos with the latest GoPro during the tour, and sends them to your smartphone right after the tour ends.

※ Entry to the Blue Cave is not guaranteed and depends on weather and sea conditions. If the Blue Cave is closed, the tour takes place at another snorkeling spot, and you may choose a full refund if you do not wish to join at the alternative location.
