On the first floor is the Kouri Island Museum where the history of Kouri Island is displayed, and on the second and third floors there is an indoor observation floor and an outdoor ocean deck where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea.

At Kouri Ocean Tower, you can tour the garden with lush subtropical plants and ride a self-driving electric car that provides audio information on the history and tourist information of Kouri. You can enjoy the scenery and go to the observatory without any effort. The electric car is also very pretty, so it's great for taking pictures, and it'll be fun to ride.

You can see the sea from the open air. The ‘bell’ here is a famous photo spot.

The store at Kouri Ocean Tower sells a variety of specialty products that can only be purchased here, including snacks, miscellaneous goods, wine, and cosmetics.

Among them, be sure to try the best-selling Western-style manju and kaboni made with sweet pumpkin from Kouri Island, as well as the pound cake and roll cake that won a gold award from a quality evaluation agency!

There are two restaurants in Kouri Ocean Tower: ‘Ocean Café’ and ‘Restaurant Island Blue’! 'Ocean Cafe' is an authentic Neapolitan pizza restaurant that bakes in a dedicated oven at 500℃. It uses only Okinawa ingredients, allowing you to feel the freshness and chewy dough.

After eating pizza, don't miss out on desserts made with various fruits and colorful drinks! The main dining ‘Restaurant Island Blue’ offers a variety of lunch menus using plenty of Okinawa ingredients.
