• Available only to those between 6 and 64 years old.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• There is no landing on the island.
• Pick-up is on a first-come, first-served basis, so even if you wish to pick up, it may be difficult.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Wetsuits are not included from June to September. If you need it, please let us know when making a reservation.
• Prescription masks are available. It is available for versions below 0.3, so if you wish, please contact us in advance.
• Depending on sea conditions, etc., it may be canceled or the points may be changed. Additionally, if the tour is canceled, refunds will be made by bank transfer.
• Please wear your swimsuit under your clothes in advance, and bring a large towel, sandals, and a change of clothes.
• After the tour, please use the paid shower room at the port.
• People with circulatory or respiratory disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver problems, hangovers, or drinking alcohol on the day are not permitted to participate.
• Please note that pregnant women cannot participate in the tour for safety reasons, and even if they are identified on the day of the tour, they will not be able to participate or receive a refund.
• Minors under the age of 20 must be accompanied by a guardian or obtain prior consent from their guardian.
• Please understand that if the minimum number of participants of 6 or more is not gathered, the event may be canceled at the discretion of the day before.
• In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled.
• For parking, please use the parking lot within Miegusuku Port. (Up to 500 yen per day)
• If you would like to be picked up from a hotel in Naha, please let us know when making a reservation. (You will be contacted the day before with the pick-up time)
• Pick-up may not be possible for some hotels.
• Do not take off your life jacket and flippers during the snorkeling tour. Snorkeling may be stopped at the captain's discretion. Even if it is suspended, refunds are not possible and any resulting disadvantages are the customer's responsibility.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
