• This product is for Koreans only.
• Vehicle is not included when departing from Bangkok. Be sure to purchase vehicle options. However, when selecting, please select and purchase one per team, regardless of the number of people.
• This tour is free for children under the age of 7.
• Even though it is free for ages 7 and up, you must inform us of the number of people in your request due to boat capacity issues.
• If you do not show up at the first floor lobby during the hotel meeting, it will be considered a no-show and no date changes or full refunds will be possible.
• Upon confirmation, we will send you the contact information and KakaoTalk ID of the Korean representative for this product, so you do not have to worry about meeting in the early morning hours.
• After the tour, you can use the shower room (50 baht per person).
• In case of partial cancellation due to bad local weather, the refund amount is 200 baht for parasailing, 150 baht for jet ski, and 100 baht for banana boat.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Regarding pick-up, it is possible to return to Bangkok late after sightseeing in Pattaya. (Request for late return a day in advance is required / Vehicles can wait until 12 p.m.)
• Pickup available on the desired date (e.g. Bangkok > Pattaya on January 9, tour participation date on January 10, Pattaya > Bangkok on January 11)
• Pick-up and drop-off is available from Don Mueang and Suvarnah airports.

Precautions when using marine sports

• Please board the speedboat inside rather than the bow and travel for about 30 minutes to arrive at the coral island.
• Even guests who do not participate in parasailing are expected to wait an average of 30 minutes. Customers weighing less than 40kg/over 100kg can use it after agreeing to a waiver. (Depending on the weather, this may not be possible.)
• You cannot operate the jet ski alone, so you will experience it from the front seat.
• After discussing with your group using the banana boat, please request fondant or an fondant.
• Be sure to wear a life jacket when participating in the play ground and snorkeling experience.
• Depending on the water sport you choose, there may be a wait even if you don't use it.

Cancellation possible 1 day prior to use date
Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / Weekends and Public Holidays 10:00~17:00). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It will be processed as received.
