- If you look to the left of the 5th floor general ticket exchange counter ( see image ) of the 101 Tower, you will see an automatic ticket exchange machine ( see image ).
- On the main screen of the automatic ticket exchange machine, select your language and then click Receive Ticket.
- After reading the notes, please click Agree (Next).
- For the screen ticket receipt number, please enter the last digit of the number written on the voucher and click Confirm. (Example: APP-RSV-00000000)
- Please enter "0000" instead of a number as the last 4 digits of your ID (passport) number and click Confirm.
