• This product can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people. (ex. 1 adult + 1 child)
• Up to 3 people can ride.
• Adult: 12 years or older / Child: 11 years or younger (based on age on date of use)
• The driver can only communicate in simple English.
• Child car seats cannot be provided, so please inquire before use if each person brings one carrier.
• If it is difficult to meet the driver and you take a taxi without requesting assistance in advance, no refund is possible.
• If the pick-up/drop-off location is different, please check with the driver directly.
• We will not give you a separate happy call to your room upon pickup. Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.
• If you leave your luggage at the company's office, we are not responsible for lost items.
• Due to poor road conditions in Bali, pickup may be later than scheduled.
• Complaints/refund requests due to delay in pick-up meeting time are not possible.
• In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and pickup is carried out in a security area. Hotels like these will provide information regarding meeting points in advance.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

– If canceled 14 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount reserved
– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– When canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
– If canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
