Visit Tokiwa Kaiseki Restaurant located in Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo! It was rated as a Michelin one-star restaurant in 2017 and was also selected by ANA, a restaurant that serves Japanese in-flight meals! Relocated to the bustling Roppongi area in June 2020 and newly opened, it is very accessible as it is less than 10 minutes from the station and a 6-minute walk from Roppongi Hills, a famous tourist attraction! Japanese Cuisine TOKIWA serves the most traditional and delicious kaiseki cuisine using fresh ingredients.
Chef Shigemitsu Naganizuka was born in Yamagata in 1959 and has been cooking since he was 18. After training at Akasaka Rakmi and becoming the chef at Dojima in Ginza, he created the current Tokiwa in 2000.

As the four seasons change, we use seasonal ingredients to provide you with delicious food using traditional Japanese techniques and delicate cuisine. Tokiwa's standard is to prepare food while maintaining the taste of the ingredients as much as possible, so you can enjoy the charm of seasonal food to the fullest.
