If you travel to Japan, I think you should experience it at least once. You can experience a very professional and traditional kaiseki. It was an experience well worth the money.

Visit Tokiwa Kaiseki Restaurant located in Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo! It was rated as a Michelin one-star restaurant in 2017 and was also selected by ANA, a restaurant that serves Japanese in-flight meals! Relocated to the bustling Roppongi area in June 2020 and newly opened, it is very accessible as it is less than 10 minutes from the station and a 6-minute walk from Roppongi Hills, a famous tourist attraction! Japanese Cuisine TOKIWA serves the most traditional and delicious kaiseki cuisine using fresh ingredients.

Chef Shigemitsu Naganizuka was born in Yamagata in 1959 and has been cooking since he was 18. After training at Akasaka Rakmi and becoming the chef at Dojima in Ginza, he created the current Tokiwa in 2000.
