Let me introduce you to Hariju, a long-established sukiyaki restaurant in Osaka that has been in business for over 100 years, dating back to the Taisho era. This beloved local favorite is renowned for its carefully selected Japanese black beef and Harage sukiyaki seasoning, which remains unchanged for over a century.

Founded in Sakai City in 1919, Hariju moved to Shinsekai, Osaka, and then to its current Dotonbori location in 1948, where it has remained ever since. Hariju serves both Japanese and Western-style Kuroge Wagyu to customers in Japan and abroad, while also providing high-quality meat as a butcher shop. All of Hariju's beef is Japanese Wagyu, and each piece is individually numbered, making it easy to verify. Hariju is a sukiyaki specialty restaurant that places special emphasis on the quality of its beef.
Since its opening, the restaurant has been serving dishes made with only the finest Kuroge Wagyu beef, grilled tofu, carefully selected green onions, and a secret sukiyaki sauce, enhancing the beef's flavor even further. The delicious sukiyaki, combining melt-in-your-mouth tender beef, fresh vegetables, and savory tofu, is captivating.

Hariju uses only the highest quality Wagyu beef. When you order, you're served a plate of incredibly marbled beef alongside vegetables. Unlike Korean sukiyaki, the meat is considerably thicker. You cook the meat and dip it in sukiyaki sauce. Because it's made with the highest quality Wagyu beef, it melts in your mouth.
