Cancellation and Refund
・The day before boarding ~ before departure: 50% of total amount
・After departure or in case of no-show without notice: 100% of total amount
・The route may be changed or cancelled due to local circumstances and sea/weather conditions (typhoons, etc.). In case of suspension of operation due to our circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
