BESTThe owner doesn't speak English or any other foreign language at all, and when I told her that I made a reservation with another employee, she made me choose a yukata and put it on me, and it seemed like I needed a deposit, so when I showed the voucher to the owner, she just kept telling me to wait... I waited alone for more than 10 minutes, and when another customer asked the owner to look after me, she finally came and asked how I was going to pay empty-handed... If she had seen the voucher, she would have known that I had already paid in advance, but she didn't seem to know that either (it's probably because the voucher was in English). In the end, when I talked to the hairdresser inside, she told me to just leave, and I never want to go back... I couldn't communicate at all ㅠ If you don't speak English, I think it's better not to accept reservations from foreigners... Everyone is friendly except for the owner.
Kimono Rental,
Enjoy it freely for 1 night and 2 days!
Kimono rental is a popular item that many travelers to Japan consistently seek. If you haven't tried it yet, we highly recommend it at least once. Wearing a kimono in Japan allows you to fully immerse yourself in Japanese aesthetics.
While there are various kimono rental shops in Osaka, we recommend 'Kireikan'. When you rent from Fashion Workshop Kireikan, you only need to return it by 5 PM the following day. This means you can enjoy your kimono all day long, or even until the next day, without feeling rushed.

Getting ready for a day out in Osaka?
One kimono is all you need!
We recommend kimono rental for those who want to make their Osaka trip memorable. The kimono rental shop, 'Fashion Workshop Kireikan', is conveniently located in central Osaka and allows rentals until the next day. This means you can capture special photos in your kimono against the backdrop of Osaka's night scenery. Isn't this a unique experience that same-day return shops can't offer?
Make your trip even more special by wearing a kimono with your loved ones.
The happy dilemma: 'They're all so pretty, which one should I choose?'

Fashion Workshop Kireikan boasts a wide selection of high-quality kimonos. With options for men, artist collaborations, designer brands, and antique styles, they offer a broader range of choices than other shops in Namba.
Not only is there a variety in type, but also in design. From cute and classic styles to modern ones! You can rent them at a reasonable price.
If you find choosing a kimono difficult, don't worry! Our professional and friendly staff will help you select the perfect kimono.
Putting on a kimono? It only takes 15 minutes!

Unlike Korean Hanbok, the process of wearing a kimono can be quite intricate and time-consuming, with specialists even dedicated to dressing people correctly. Kireikan offers complimentary kimono dressing assistance for those who find it difficult or are unfamiliar with the process. You don't have to go through the complicated steps yourself; our friendly, professional staff will quickly and beautifully complete your kimono attire.
Cool Yukatas for Summer

If you're traveling to Osaka in the summer and are concerned about wearing a kimono due to the heat, you can rent a yukata instead. Unlike regular kimonos, yukatas are made of a single layer of thin fabric.
Japanese people often wear yukatas for summer fireworks festivals and local celebrations. We recommend checking for any nearby festivals during your yukata rental period and participating!
Where to go in your kimono?

Since you can wear the kimono all day, where should you go? As kimonos are traditional Japanese attire, we recommend visiting Osaka Castle, one of Japan's three great castles, rather than just staying in the city center. Just as Hanbok looks most beautiful at Gyeongbok Palace, kimonos also shine brightest in front of Japanese castles. Additionally, the park surrounding Osaka Castle is perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying a relaxed time.
WAUG offers Osaka Castle Main Tower Entrance Tickets and the Osaka Amazing Pass, which includes castle entry and subway access. We recommend booking these together for a convenient trip using just the WAUG app.
