• Please present the QR code on site.
• Available only on the date and operating hours selected when making a reservation.
• The park monitoring system is operational.
• No animals are allowed in the park.
• Smoking, spitting, and littering are prohibited. Eating outside of the designated dining area in the hall is prohibited.
• You must not engage in any political activities or actions that disturb peace and order within the museum.
• Photos and videos taken on site are for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted without park permission. When a visitor enters the park, he or she consents to the management company taking and using the tourist's photo or image for educational or promotional purposes.
• Visitors entering other areas of the park must adhere to the rules and regulations of those areas.
• If there is heavy rain due to bad weather or a typhoon of level 8 or higher occurs, the park will be closed. The museum will reopen within two hours after the alert level is lowered or lifted, according to a subsequent alert notice.
• Visitors who enter the park directly or indirectly may incur property damage or economic loss due to accidents or loss of valuables while using the amusement facilities, and may claim compensation from the museum. In this regard, the museum does not accept it.
• All visitors entering the Park must comply with the rules and regulations issued by the Park or as amended from time to time. Rude and uncivilized behavior is prohibited. If there is a violation, the park reserves the right to ask him to leave and no refund will be given.

• Only children aged 0-6 can participate in the ocean play area. The company reserves the right to ask visitors over 6 years of age to leave.
• Taking into account passenger capacity and safety, the management company has the right to refuse entry to the marine resort to tourists.
• During peak hours, only one adult is allowed to accompany a child.
• All visitors must wear socks (both adults and children).
• All visitors are required to sanitize their hands and wear a mask before entering the event venue.
• It is not the responsibility of company employees to supervise their children. Parents/guardians must assume full supervisory responsibility for their children.
• The management company reserves the right to charge parents/guardians a reasonable cleaning fee if a child vomits or defecates in the ocean playground.

• The VR/MR experience area is recommended for visitors ages 12 and older. Visitors under the age of 12 who wish to participate in an experience must be accompanied and have permission from a parent/guardian.
• All tourists must follow the instructions of management company staff. If tourists do not follow instructions, the management company has the right to ask them to leave the area.
• Visitors may experience dizziness or nausea during the experience. Raise your hand, signal the staff, sit back and relax. Staff will provide guidance.
• All visitors must weigh the risks associated with participating in any experience and do so at their own risk.
