• If the number of applicants is less than the minimum number of participants (10 people), the event may be suspended.
• All seats are reserved and seat selection is not possible.
• Smoking is prohibited on the train.

• Children cannot apply alone, so they must be accompanied by an adult.
• It may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants (10 people) is not met. We will notify you of the confirmation of departure 7 days prior to departure.
• Please apply for at least one adult.
• Please note that the adult menu and children's menu are different, and the children's menu is a children's lunch.
• Children aged 0-2: Free if riding without a meal or seat. Please select infant when applying. If you want a children's menu, please apply as 'child'.
• Children 3 - 10 years old: A children's menu is available. If you would like an adult menu, please request 'adult'.
• Please apply as an 'adult' if you are 11 years of age or older. We will provide you with a general menu.
• In the event that operation becomes difficult due to natural disasters, accidents, or outbreaks of infectious diseases, operation may be suspended. In this case, part or all of the travel fee will be refunded.
• Alcohol (beer, sake, shochu, wine, whiskey, fruit wine, original cocktails) and drinks are available. For more information, please ask the staff on the day or refer to the link .
• For orders such as drinks not included in the course, please pay on the train. You can use cash, credit card, transportation IC card, or PAYPAY.
• Bringing food into the vehicle is prohibited.
• We do not offer vegetarian or halal menus.
• Please check the list of allergens in advance. Adults / Children
• However, please understand that we cannot change the menu or remove the allergen even if it contains an allergenic ingredient.
• Please inquire about allergies not listed on the food allergy list. On this train, food containing allergens is cooked in the same place and with the same cooking equipment.
• Space inside the vehicle is limited, so there is not enough space to store strollers, etc. If you need to bring large luggage that cannot be carried on your person, please let us know in advance.
• Please note that there is one multipurpose (multi-function) toilet in Car 1 and one general toilet in Car 3 on the train. (Unisex)
• If you use the early lunch course, you cannot get on or off during the ride.
• Late Lunch Course If you get off at Yanagawa Station, you can use any limited express, express, or local train other than Rail Kitchen from Yanagawa Station to Omuta Station. Please inquire at the ticket gate at Yanagawa Station.

Cancellation fee of 30% applies if cancelled 7 to 2 days before the participation date
Cancellation fee of 40% applies if cancelled 1 day before the participation date
Cancellation fee of 50% applies if cancelled before departure on the participation date
Cancellation fee of 100% applies if cancelled after departure on the participation date
*100% cancellation fee applies even for no-shows.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellation requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
