* A driver with the name of [The Dream Tour] will pick you up at the arrival hall meeting point or the agreed pick-up location.

• Rates are per vehicle.
• Late at night (23:00 - 06:59 AM) an additional fee of 100,000 VND per vehicle is charged and must be paid directly to the driver.
• An additional charge of 200,000 VND (maximum 1 hour, 1 stop) will be incurred when transiting through a restaurant or supermarket.
• Additional fee for HA DONG/THANH TRI pick-up/sending (one-way): 60,000 VND per vehicle.
• When purchasing a SIM card, please pay $5 (data 6 GB/day) on site.
• If you have difficulty communicating with the local driver, please use the interpretation app (Papago).
• You can select airport pick-up and hotel pick-up service for one-way pick-up and drop-off service.
• When making a reservation, you must select the departure airport and flight departure date.
• If you are requesting airport → hotel, please fill in the departure date, departure flight number, departure time, drop hotel/hotel → airport, please fill in the return date, return flight number, return time, and pick-up hotel.
• Please check the pickup time on your voucher.
• When using the airport pick-up service, you must select your flight departure date from Korea when making a reservation.
• Please enter the correct flight number. If you cannot use the pick-up service because you entered the flight number incorrectly, we will not be able to assist you.

• Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of people. (※Basic luggage size: 45 x 66 cm)

Cancellation and refund are not possible after this.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
