• Fast Track is a service that uses the VIP window to get through immigration quickly, but it may take more time depending on airport circumstances.
• Depending on the congestion at Hanoi Airport and the demand from travelers applying for Fast Track that day, the time to pass through regular immigration may not vary significantly. In this case, since you have already used the service, you are told to use regular immigration, so the cost of the Fast Track service will not be refunded.
• <Emergency - If you cannot find the meeting board at the meeting counter> Although it is not a frequent occurrence, the fast track service may be suspended due to circumstances of the Vietnamese government (inside the airport) (entry of VIPs, emergency closure of airport staff, internal audit, etc.) . This is a very rare case, but it can happen in Vietnam. Therefore, if you are unable to check the meeting board at the immigration checkpoint, please contact the emergency contact information at the bottom of the voucher to reconfirm.

• All services are provided by dedicated airport fast track service staff (Vietnamese) through a company officially contracted with the arrival airport in Vietnam.
