This fast track service is available for all international flights arriving at or departing from Noi Bai International Airport (HAN). An airport staff member waits for you with a name sign and gives you priority assistance with immigration and visa procedures, so you can avoid long queues even at peak times. Choose between the arrival or departure service and the Standard or Premium level when booking.

On arrival, meet in front of the immigration area

For the arrival service, a staff member waits in front of the immigration area holding a welcome sign with your name. Standard covers assistance with immigration procedures, while Premium also helps you collect your baggage quickly, assists with customs clearance and guides you to the designated vehicle if you selected that option.

Visa on arrival or visa exchange assistance is available, but service fees and government fees are charged separately.

On departure, meet at the check-in counter

For the departure service, first complete check-in with your airline and collect your boarding pass, then meet the staff member waiting at your airline's check-in counter. Standard covers assistance with immigration procedures, while Premium also speeds you through immigration and security screening and guides you to the boarding gate area.

Share your flight details in advance

To receive the service, you need to provide the passenger names, flight number, arrival/departure time, passport details and visa (if applicable) in advance. You will be contacted via the contact details entered at booking one day before the service.
