- Free round-trip trolley pick-up service is provided to the tour location. Trolley seats are limited, so if you require pick-up service, please let us know in advance.

- Whales are natural animals, so it is difficult to guarantee 100% viewing.
- Tour schedule may change depending on weather, holidays, and other circumstances.
- The minimum number of guests is 10, and if the number of participants is insufficient, the tour may be canceled. The maximum number of people is 45.

- Please bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a light outer layer, and motion sickness medication.
- It is difficult for people with respiratory disease or surgery experience to proceed with the tour.
- People who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs cannot proceed with the tour for safety reasons.
- If you are suffering from a systemic disease or are in poor physical or mental condition due to water activities, please use caution and inquire at the time of reservation.
- Wearing a life jacket is required and please avoid individual activities in places without safety personnel.
- You cannot drink alcohol during the tour.
- If the weather is such that the tour is not possible on the day of the tour, or if the minimum number of people cannot be accommodated, we will provide separate guidance.
- The voucher includes tour reservation information, pickup location, and time information. After checking the voucher, please print it in advance or download it to your mobile phone and bring it with you during the tour.

Cancellation and Refund
- If notified 2 days prior to the start of the trip (~2): refund after deducting 50% of the travel fee
- When notified by the day of travel (1~1 day): Cancellation/refund is not possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
