What to Remember
- Ages 3 and older can participate in the tour.
- Tour schedule can be adjusted upon prior arrangement.
- Tour pick-up and drop-off are from hotels within Waikiki. Please be sure to check in advance whether the tour will be held for areas outside Waikiki, such as the Ko Olina area, Turtle Bay, Kahila Hotel, Hawaii Kai, Kailua, and the airport.
- The vehicle will be a Sienna 8-seater vehicle.
- We will provide you with a car seat if you let us know in advance.
- To prevent theft, items cannot be stored in the vehicle during the tour.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of any emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip: 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
If notified 6 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
If notified at least 1 day before the start of the trip: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
