BESTI made a reservation at Wag and it was well-reserved. The restaurant is a small space with about 8 seats centered around the counter, and the chef runs things quietly by himself. I visited for lunch omakase, and the menu included the basics: white fish, chutoro (medium-sized tortoise), akami-zuke (salted squid), sea urchin, and conger eel. Everything was delicious! The price was reasonable, so I highly recommend it!
