Excess Return Fee

• TWD 110 per hour, over 4 hours will be counted as 1 day.
• For 24-hour rentals, for example, if you pick up the car at 11:00 AM on January 1st, you must return it before 11:00 AM on January 2nd. If you return the car after 11:00 AM, you will be charged an additional fee of TWD 110 per hour, and if it is more than 4 hours, it will be counted as one day.

Excess mileage charges

• Please pay according to the on-site instructions, such as 60 km free on the 1st day, 120 km free on the 2nd day, etc.
• Excess parts will be charged at TWD 3.5 per kilometer, to be paid on site when returning the vehicle.

• When the electric scooter battery is fully charged, it can travel about 50 to 80 km (depending on battery charge status and driving habits).

How to respond in case of an accident

• Storage of on-site/photo evidence (If there are no casualties at the scene and it is difficult to drive the vehicle, the vehicle can be moved first after taking photos and storing evidence)
• Call 110 Police Station / 119 Fire Station / 112 Emergency Rescue / Customer Center (0800875888) for help.
• Request for police cooperation
• Collect relevant supporting documents (contact information of the parties involved in the accident / collect traffic accident reports)
• Please write the tenant's name accurately on the traffic accident report. If you write someone else's name, insurance will not cover it.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
