Sunday Brunch
This set is available from 12:30 PM on the 2nd and 4th Sundays. Choose from a set that includes a complimentary soft drink or a glass of Billcart-Salmon champagne. Both sets include a lobster dish and a single serving of kani miso, along with a variety of menu items including seasonal fruits, oysters, seafood, sushi, sashimi, soup, and a carving station.

Sharing set
This set allows you to share a selection of premium menu items, considered the essence of fine dining. For 1-2 people, a three-course meal is served , while for 3-4 people, a six-course meal is served.
