• When making a reservation, please select the language of your tour guide (English/Chinese) in the 'Requests' section.
• Bamboo rafting depends on the water level on the day. If rafting is not possible (especially during the rainy season), alternative activities are offered at the elephant camp.
• Only children 4 years of age or older can participate in the activity.
• Children under 120cm will be charged child price.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be cancelled due to reasons such as the number of participants or reservation status. The reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance by 12:00 PM.
• Infants, toddlers and children must also be included in the headcount.
• If the minimum number of 6 people is not met, we will reserve an alternative date 2 days in advance or give you a full refund.
• When booking for children under 135cm (0-6 years old), 1 child seat (safety seat) is provided free of charge per person, and the number is limited. Additional seats are charged at 200THB per seat per day. Please indicate how many seats you need on the payment page and we will let you know.
• Please dress appropriately for the weather. Avoid short skirts and high heels.
• There is no luggage storage space in the minivan, so you cannot bring luggage on the tour.
• Please prepare a change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, cash, toiletries, a towel, a swimsuit, slippers or sports sandals, a towel, and a personal toiletry set.
• Tops and pants can be rented on site (100 baht/set), children's swimsuits (150 baht), and towels (80 baht/each), shampoo, and shower gel are available for sale.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
