• Turn left on Sukhumvit Soi 12 and go straight for about 80m, it is located on the right.
• By public transportation: Exit at MRT Sukhumvit or BTS Asoke Exit 2 and walk for 5 minutes.

No cancellation fee up to 4 days prior to reservation date.
A 100% cancellation fee applies from 3 days prior to reservation date to the reservation date.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellations and refund requests must be submitted during business hours and confirmed upon receipt of cancellation confirmation.
