A cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
20% from 10 days to 8 days prior to the tour date
30% from 7 days to 2 days prior to the tour date
50% from 1 day prior to the tour date
100% cancellation fee applies on the day of the tour.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Please request cancellation and refund during business hours and receive cancellation confirmation.
