Sakuragi: Omakase Kaiseki Emphasizing Freshness
Sakuragi is recommended for those who want a special dinner during their trip to Tokyo. Experience the essence of Japanese Kaiseki in a carefully prepared meal and warm hospitality. Since freshness is a top priority at Sakuragi, they directly select ingredients from Toyosu Market every day to provide the freshest dishes.
In addition, Sakuragi has a sake collection that goes well with the dishes, so it's a good choice to get recommendations from the chef and enjoy pairing.
Introduction to Omakase Course

Sakuragi's Omakase course consists of a total of 10 menus, including appetizers, sashimi, grilled and simmered dishes, small pot dishes (nabe), and desserts. Each dish is freshly prepared with ingredients selected daily by the chef from Toyosu Market, with an emphasis on bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients. In particular, the broth is made with high-quality Makurazaki katsuobushi and kelp immediately after the guest arrives, boasting a deep flavor, and the ‘smoked katsuo (smoked bonito)’ is Sakuragi's signature menu, grilled over straw fire, and is always a popular dish regardless of the season.
Complete an unforgettable meal with the chef's heartfelt Omakase course!
