High-flying kushikatsu! The chef prepares each skewer with surgical precision. The frying is incredibly delicate; you can truly taste the product without any excess fat. It's expensive, but the creativity and quality of service more than justify the Michelin star.

A really recommended restaurant 💙 You can feel the sincerity in each bite-sized skewer, and the batter is incredibly thin and crispy. The ingredients inside are also made of seasonal ingredients, so I was amazed by each and every one! I was especially surprised by how well the wine pairing went together. The atmosphere was also quiet and sophisticated, which was nice!
