Course Menu Introduction

We are introducing a lunch course that can only be reserved from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. It is a cost-effective course centered around melt-in-your-mouth Kuroge Wagyu Shabu-shabu, starting with tofu and yuba carefully prepared in various ways, and ending with ochazuke, rice rolled in fragrant dashi broth, and dessert.

Course menu : Homemade tofu, raw yuba sashimi, agedashi tofu (fried tofu in broth), nutritious rice (or pot rice), Japanese Kuroge Wagyu shabu-shabu, dashi chazuke (rice rolled in broth), dessert (warabimochi)
