Witness a demonstration by a tea master, then try whisking your own matcha using a traditional bamboo whisk. Conclude your experience by savoring your freshly made matcha paired with exquisite Japanese sweets.

Your experience begins with selecting a kimono that catches your eye. Our professional staff will assist you in wearing it correctly, and for female participants, a simple hairstyling service is provided to complement your kimono. With the extended rental option, you can continue exploring Shinjuku's streets or the nearby Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden while dressed in your kimono. Capture unique photos of your Tokyo adventure in traditional attire. Please note that extended rentals require kimono return by 6:00 PM.

You'll also gain insight into the significance of the tea ceremony within samurai culture and its long-standing traditions. After observing a demonstration by a tea master on how to prepare matcha with a bamboo whisk, you'll have the chance to try it yourself. Follow the expert's guidance to create your premium matcha and savor it slowly with seasonal Japanese sweets.
