Hands-on Cooking for 1.5 Hours

The class begins with an orientation and preparation session lasting about 30 minutes, followed by an explanation of the cooking process and ingredients.

You'll then spend approximately 1.5 hours making Japanese-style ramen and gyoza. For the gyoza, you'll prepare the filling with vegetables and pork before shaping them into Japanese dumplings.


Enjoy Your Creations with Sake & Beer

After cooking, savor your handmade ramen and gyoza for about an hour. Enjoy your meal with a selection of drinks, including sake, beer, and soft drinks.
