From Queenstown: Arrowtown to Gibbston Wine & Bike Tour

Take a shuttle
to the gold rush town of Arrowtown

Meet outside Marmolada Cafe in Queenstown and take a scenic shuttle to Arrowtown, a town rich in gold mining history. In Arrowtown, enjoy brunch at AB Bakery or try gold panning in the Arrow River like the early miners.

Ride along the Twin Rivers Trail

With a custom map marked with highlights, ride the Twin Rivers Trail for 2-3 hours. Cross bridges and rivers, take in the Kawarau River scenery and head to Gibbston, the "Valley of the Vines". Ride a hardtail pedal bike or a premium e-bike such as the Trek Powerfly 4, depending on your option.

Pass the Kawarau Bungy Centre

The trail passes the bungy centre at the historic Kawarau Bridge. Thrill-seekers can jump from the bridge for an extra cost, while others can watch from the viewing deck.

Taste wine in Gibbston and return

In Gibbston Valley, enjoy wine tastings at wineries such as Mount Rosa and Kinross, or try pizza, burgers and craft beer at the Gibbston Tavern. Use the pickup service from any winery in Gibbston to return to Queenstown by 5:00 PM.
