Taste a 14-course meal based on imperial recipes

Once seated according to Zhou dynasty banquet etiquette, 14 dishes prepared under imperial rules, from ingredient selection to cooking, are served one by one. You can also taste dishes that blend ancient and modern flavors, such as whisky black pepper pork chop and green mustard baked cod. Staff in court attire serve tea and food following ancient rituals and provide one-on-one royal hospitality.
