This pass gives you access to the SH Premium Lounge at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport. Choose the option for your departure terminal, Terminal 1 (domestic) or Terminal 2 (international), and relax for up to 3 hours in the lounge on Level 3 of the airside area after security. The lounge is open from 06:30 to 02:00, with hot food, alcoholic drinks and showers available.

Enjoy hot food and alcoholic drinks

Hot and cold dishes, snacks, fruit, non-alcoholic beverages (hot and cold) and alcoholic drinks are served free of charge. Vegetarian options are also available.

Shower and get some work done

Freshen up in the showers before or after your flight, and get work done with Wi-Fi, computers, printing and fax. TV, newspapers/magazines and flight information monitors are available, along with toilets, luggage storage and a smoking area. The lounge is accessible for guests with disabilities.

Find the Level 3 lounge in your terminal

In Terminal 1 (domestic), go up the escalators to Level 3 after security and follow the left side. In Terminal 2 (international), after passport control and security, head toward Gate 28 and take the escalator up to the east wing of Level 3. Show your mobile voucher and same-day boarding pass at the lounge counter to enter.
