before your international flight from Hanoi Noi Bai

This pass gives you access to Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge in the airside area of Terminal 2 (International) at Noi Bai International Airport. After passport control and security, turn right on the east side of the terminal and go upstairs to Level 3; the lounge is near Gate 28. Each entry allows a stay of up to 2 hours, with hot meals, alcoholic drinks, showers and massage chairs to enjoy before boarding. The lounge usually opens from 05:00 to 01:00 the next day, but hours may vary by day.

Complimentary hot and cold food, fruit, snacks, alcoholic beverages and hot and cold soft drinks are served.

Refresh with a shower or massage chair

Freshen up in the shower before or after your flight, or unwind in a massage chair. Wi-Fi, computers, printing, fax, telephone, TV, newspapers and magazines, and flight monitors are also available. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
