Two days on Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay
aboard a 5-star cruise with balconies

Board the cruise at Tuan Chau Port and spend two days exploring Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. Stay one night in a junior suite with a private balcony and bathtub. All meals, kayaking, a cooking class and squid fishing are included. Pickup options from Hanoi or Ninh Binh are also available.

Board the cruise and set sail for Ha Long Bay

Around 12:00 PM, take the tender boat to the cruise. After check-in, enjoy a welcome drink and cold towel and receive a briefing on safety and the itinerary. Have lunch in the on-board restaurant while taking in the views toward Ha Long Bay.

Kayak through caves and lagoons

On the first afternoon, visit one of two areas: explore the Dark & Bright Cave by kayak or bamboo boat for about an hour and then swim near the cruise, or kayak and swim at the Ba Trai Dao lagoon in Lan Ha Bay. The captain chooses the location based on weather and tides.

Spend the evening with a sunset party and cooking class

Return to the cruise to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin, relax by the on-board pool, or join the sunset party and a traditional cooking class. After sunset, the cruise anchors in a quiet part of the bay for dinner, followed by squid fishing, movies, music or drinks at the bar.

Start the morning with tai chi and explore Lan Ha Bay again

On day two, start with a tai chi class and watch the sunrise from the top deck. After a light breakfast, kayak and swim around Ao Ech or Tra Bau, or visit Hospital Cave or Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island for about an hour.

Return to the cruise around 9:30 AM to check out and enjoy brunch as the boat sails back. Disembark at Tuan Chau Port around 11:30 AM.
