Sail through Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay for 2 or 3 days on the Tulip Cruise, which entered service in late 2025. Kayak with a guide and swim around Ba Trai Dao Beach, surrounded by limestone mountains, then spend the evening on board with a sunset party, cooking class and squid fishing. Cabins have a private balcony and bathtub, and you can also use the outdoor pool and karaoke. The 3-day option stops on Cat Ba Island to explore Trung Trang Cave and Cat Ba National Park or hike Ngu Lam Peak, and cycles to Viet Hai Village on the last day.

Program

Sail Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay
for 2 or 3 days on the Tulip Cruise

After checking in at Tuan Chau Marina, take a boat to board the Tulip Cruise near Finger Island. Enjoy lunch while viewing rock islands such as Turtle Island and Man’s Head Island, then head to Lan Ha Bay for kayaking and swimming. The 2-day option disembarks after the morning program on day two, while the 3-day option adds a day on Cat Ba Island.

Cabins have a private balcony and bathtub, and an English-speaking guide accompanies you. Choose between options without transfer and options with a round-trip limousine bus from Hanoi or Ninh Binh.

Kayak and swim at Ba Trai Dao Beach

At around 3:00 PM on day one, arrive in a quiet area of Lan Ha Bay and kayak with a guide past clear water and limestone mountains. You can also swim at the small Ba Trai Dao Beach, surrounded by uniquely shaped limestone mountains. Back on the cruise, you can swim and kayak around the boat.

Spend the evening with a sunset party and cooking class

Join a cooking class with the cruise chef and enjoy a sunset party with fresh fruit, cake and tea. Have dinner at the restaurant at around 7:15 PM, then spend the night on the cruise with card games, chess, music and squid fishing.

The next morning starts with tai chi on deck and breakfast with a view of the bay.

Explore Cat Ba Island and Viet Hai Village

On day two of the 3-day option, take a speedboat to Ben Beo Port and tour Cat Ba Island by car. Explore Trung Trang Cave and the primeval forest of Cat Ba National Park or hike Ngu Lam Peak for the view, then have lunch in Cat Ba Town followed by free time.

On the last day, cycle or ride an electric car to Viet Hai Village to see local life, stay on board for mini golf, or swim and kayak in the bay. After check-out, enjoy lunch on board and return to Tuan Chau Port at around 12:15 PM.
