In Fushimi, Kyoto, known as one of Japan's three major sake-brewing regions, tour the inside of a brewery that is usually closed to the public and taste 5 to 6 Fushimi sakes. First learn how sake is made through videos and panels, then look around the space with real brewing equipment while sampling a variety of sakes. You also receive a voucher usable at the direct sales shop.

Enjoy a brewery tour and tasting
at the Fushimi Meishu Cooperative
An approximately 1-hour experience held at the Fushimi Meishu Cooperative (伏見銘酒協同組合). Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time and show your e-voucher to the local staff. The 3-10 person plan enters at 15:00 and the 1-2 person plan at 13:30.
Learn the brewing process through videos and panels
First, the sake brewing process is explained with videos and panels for about 15 minutes. Explanations are available in Japanese and English.
Tour the brewery and taste 5 to 6 sakes
Then, for about 45 minutes, tour the inside of the brewery and taste 5 to 6 kinds of sake. There are photo spots during the tour.
