Around 05:00 in summer (06:30 in winter), meet your guide at Uehara Port or your accommodation in the Uehara area and ride the PiPi vehicle to the field. After arriving at a sunrise spot recommended by local guides and getting ready, the SUP begins. SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) is an activity where you stand on a board and paddle forward, and you can also enjoy it sitting down.

Head out onto the water while it is still dark before sunrise and feel the passage of time as the sky gradually brightens. The colors of the sky change every few minutes, so the same view never comes twice. Around 05:45 in summer (07:15 in winter), you head out to see the morning sun at sunrise time.
