A free shared shuttle runs to and from the sleeper bus boarding point within Hanoi Old Quarter, Noi Bai International Airport and Sapa Center (shuttle areas vary by option). The operator may use a car or minivan; pick-up is usually 15 to 45 minutes before departure, and drop-off 15 to 45 minutes after arrival. Shuttle transfers can add up to about 1 hour.
