this was a very well organized tour, pretty quick bus rides to each stop which was nice. Our guide Hang was very good at managing half the group in English and half the group local vietnamese.

I love this tour, my tour guide names Hằng Hồ, she is extremely excellent, she speaks English very clearly, her knowledge of Hue city is incredible, but it was her storytelling that really brought the history to life. If you are looking for a guide who is passionate and professional, she is the one.

Explore the highlights of Hue in one day
by boat, car and on foot

This full-day tour covers the main sights of Hue, Vietnam's former capital. Your guide picks you up at your hotel in central Hue between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. Take a dragon boat to Thien Mu Pagoda, then visit the Imperial City, the Tombs of Khai Dinh and Minh Mang, and an incense and conical hat village. An English-speaking guide, air-conditioned transport, a Hue specialty lunch and a bottle of water are included, and you are dropped off at your hotel between 4:30 and 5:00 PM.

Cruise by dragon boat to Thien Mu Pagoda

Board a traditional dragon boat and cruise along the Perfume River for about 30 minutes to Thien Mu Pagoda, Hue's oldest pagoda, built in 1601. Learn about its important role in local Buddhist history and enjoy the peaceful riverside scenery.

Explore the Imperial City of the Nguyen Dynasty

Spend about 2 hours exploring the Imperial City, the seat of the Nguyen Dynasty, Vietnam's last dynasty. This vast 520-hectare complex was once home to 13 emperors, concubines, mandarins and royal servants. Lunch features Hue specialties at a traditional restaurant.

Visit the Tombs of Khai Dinh and Minh Mang and a craft village

Spend about an hour each at the Tomb of Khai Dinh, the 12th emperor, known for its unique fusion of Eastern and Western architecture and intricate interior, and the Tomb of Minh Mang, the second emperor, famous for its harmonious layout and tranquil lakes. Then stop at an incense and conical hat village to take photos and see how locals make these traditional crafts.
