Meet your driver-guide at Piazzale Roma in Venice and set off in a Mercedes minivan. The tour runs in small groups of up to 8, and Wi-Fi is available on board. Your local guide, who has lived in and explored these valleys since 1997, shares the traditions and hidden stories of the Dolomites in English and Italian.
Explore Cortina d'Ampezzo, the 'Pearl of the Dolomites'
After about a 2-hour drive, you arrive at your first stop, Cortina d'Ampezzo. This mountain resort hosted the 1956 Winter Olympics and is a host of the 2026 Winter Olympics. Enjoy about 45 minutes of free time to stroll the streets or go shopping.
See the Tre Cime and Lake Braies
Stop for about 15 minutes to photograph the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the iconic three peaks of the Dolomites. Then continue to Lake Braies (Pragser Wildsee), where you have about 1.5 hours to walk along the turquoise shore or relax at a lakeside café while taking in the surrounding peaks. The Lake Braies entrance fee is included.
Stop at Lake Misurina and return to Venice
Take a quick photo stop at Lake Misurina, where the Tre Cime di Lavaredo are reflected in the water. In winter, there is an optional snowmobile ride up Monte Piana driven by a local driver (about 30 minutes, 7 km, up to 2,325 m above sea level, €30 paid on the day of the tour). After the tour, drive about 2.5 hours back to Piazzale Roma in Venice.

※ Lake Braies is frozen in winter (January to March).
※ The snowmobile ride is available only from December 6 to the end of March.
