Leave Venice to explore
the lakes and villages of the Dolomites
Head to the Dolomites from Piazzale Roma in Venice in an air-conditioned minivan. A driver who speaks English and Italian accompanies you, and photo stops and free time are included.
Lake Santa Croce and Pieve di Cadore
The first stop is Lake Santa Croce, where the Dolomite peaks are reflected in the clear water. Next, visit Pieve di Cadore, the hometown of Titian, to stroll its old streets and see its historic buildings. You can also take a break at a local café.
Walk around Lake Auronzo and Lake Misurina
Pass through mountain villages to reach Lake Auronzo and walk along its shore. Then walk or relax at Lake Misurina, with views of Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the Sorapis group. If you wish, take the cable car up to Col del Varda at 2,106 m for views of the Dolomites (cable car fare not included, purchase on site). Lunch at a local restaurant is optional and paid separately (not included).
Enjoy free time in Cortina d'Ampezzo
Finally, visit Cortina d'Ampezzo, known as the "Pearl of the Dolomites". In this host town of the 2026 Winter Olympics, stroll the streets freely and enjoy the mountain scenery before returning to Venice.
