From Venice: Dolomites Lake Misurina & Cortina Small-Group Tour - Tre Cime Views

Head to the Dolomites from Venice

Depart from Tronchetto in Venice at 8:00 AM. You travel to the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites in a Mercedes V-Class minivan for up to 8 people, and your driver-guide stays with you all day, sharing stories about local history, geology and traditions.

Stroll through the Alpine resort of Cortina d'Ampezzo

In Cortina d'Ampezzo, surrounded by jagged peaks, you have about 1 hour to walk, shop and explore the town at your own pace.

Enjoy plenty of free time at Lake Misurina

At Lake Misurina you get about 3 hours of free time. Walk along the shore, photograph the mountains reflected on the water, or take a break at a lakeside café. In summer, you can ride the Col de Varda chairlift (about €13 per person, not included) up to a mountain hut for views over Misurina and the Sorapiss and Monte Cristallo groups. You also stop at nearby Lake Antorno to capture its quiet Alpine scenery.

Admire the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Lake Auronzo

Your guide chooses scenic viewpoints where you can see the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the three iconic peaks of the Dolomites. After about 1 hour of rest, photos and a walk at Lake Auronzo, you arrive back at Piazzale Roma in Venice in the early evening (around 18:00).
