This is a roughly 2-hour panorama snowmobile tour departing from designated hotels in Abisko. Ride in a group along the guide's trail and enjoy views of Čuonjávággi and Lake Torneträsk. Groups are limited to 8 people and an English-speaking guide leads the tour.
Get a safety briefing and set off along the trail
After a safety and driving briefing, you put on the provided warm clothes, boots, gloves, balaclava and helmet and set off. You drive the snowmobile yourself, and snowmobiles are shared with 2 people per snowmobile.
Enjoy lake and valley views from the heights
After a short climb to higher ground, ride across the snow and take in the frozen lake and surrounding scenery. Views of Čuonjávággi, known as the gateway to Lapland, and of Lake Torneträsk follow.
Enjoy warm drinks and snacks
Stop for a while to take photos and enjoy warm drinks and snacks. Your guide also tells you about the area.
