This group walking tour with an English-speaking guide takes you through Sungnyemun Gate, the Hanyangdoseong Fortress Wall (Seoul City Wall) and the Namsan Skyforest Trail up to N Seoul Tower. See historic sites, a forest trail and city views in one outing.

The tour takes about 5 to 6 hours, with sunset views along the way, and ends at N Seoul Tower.

See National Treasure No. 1 Sungnyemun and follow the fortress wall

Meet your guide at Seoul Station and head to Sungnyemun Gate (Namdaemun). This southern gate of the Hanyangdoseong city wall features a wooden pavilion set on a stone arch that you can see up close.

From the gate, climb slowly along the Hanyangdoseong Fortress Wall. Along the old wall that winds up the hill, you will pass the Ahn Jung-geun Memorial Hall and the excavated foundations at Baekbeom Square.

Look down over the city from the Namsan Skyforest Trail

On the Namsan Skyforest Trail, walk along a path lined with pine trees and enjoy views of Yeouido, the Han River and the Gangnam skyline. Watch the sunset as you walk.

The final stop is the top of N Seoul Tower. In the 360-degree view, you can see the city districts below and the peaks of Bukhansan in the distance.
